Obligatory post for an assignment in Web Development

This is my first blog post. I am posting this as an exercise to link to an assignment I have to complete for the Interface & Web Design module I am studying as part of my BSc in Information Studies & Information Technology at Kevin Street DIT. Hopefully I'll get a good mark.
